I’m a Boilermaker; no, not the drink but a graduate of Purdue University in the field of food and nutrition. I completed a dietetic internship at the Indiana University Medical Center and earned a master’s degree in education with a minor in psychology. I’ve worked in practically every field of dietetics. Throughout my professional career I’ve always been a teacher and often times a writer, so I find myself combining both here.
